MISSION STATEMENT

My mission is to create joyful, inclusive, and educational experiences that inspire a lifelong love of reading. Through my bilingual DLee’s World book series and my children’s literacy show, Storytime with DLee, I bring stories to life—blending imagination, music, and learning to reach children wherever they are.

With over 14 years of experience in early childhood education and an M.A. in the field, I draw from my own journey overcoming reading challenges to empower young learners today. Guided by creativity, representation, and accessibility, I envision a world where every child feels seen, confident, and excited to discover the magic of books.
